Young people enter Triform as students, usually between the ages of 18 and 25 and enter into the student phase of the program. The curriculum is structured into morning work activities, afternoon classes and evening and week-end social and artistic events. During the morning hours, students have the opportunity to experience all the different workshops in the community: farm, estate, garden, bakery, home economics and weavery. Work in Triform is meaningful and respected. Whether stacking wood, milking cows, carding wool, or just lending a hand to someone else, everyone makes a contribution, according to interest and ability. These contributions add to the well-being and social fabric of the community, and thereby enhance each student’s self-esteem and self-confidence.
